After renovating Littlejohn Coliseum, we wanted to make our opening night one to remember. The night got started with an orange carpet to welcome our fans.
We wanted to peak people's interest driving by, so we rented search lights to attract more attendance.
For entertainment, we asked a Clemson student band to set up and perform throughout pregame.
We rented a GIFn, which is a new take on a traditional photo booth. It allowed fans to have an interactive experience, in which they could take the photos, and share it immediately to their social media platforms.
Since the court design had changed, one of our promotions was a court replica rally towel that we placed in every seat in the coliseum.
For our halftime performance, we brought back our fan favorite, Red Panda.
We achieved our goal for opening night by selling out all 9,000 seats.
