According to the article, researchers have said, “To research further the team then incubated immune cells in mice with caffeine, finding that the caffeine substantially prevented on inflammatory effect on the cells.” This means that coffee has special metabolisms that can prevent heart inflammation and make you live a long healthy life! Also, another article said, “The study also provides evidence that caffeine and its own metabolites may counter the action of these circulating nucleic-acid metabolites, possibly explaining why coffee drinkers tend to live longer than abstainers.” The article is saying that coffee has special metabolites, that help you live longer. Keep drinking coffee, and live a long healthy life!
