The advantages of using the fitness apps are:
- being able to monitor and control a diet on everyday routine, like knowing how much should be eaten and what shouldn't be consumed.
- setting goals and targets that you want to achieve, by planning how long and what should your exercises involve, like running by the road or only by the fields or in the forest with the break for some other exercises.
- spending no money by having great apps. For instance Pocket Yoga. You do not have to spend lots of money to be a member of the yoga class. You just need to have the Pocket Yoga application. You can have it on your phone or tablet. You don't have to spend money and time to get to the gym, you can do it where you want, at home, in the park. It is so easy and comfortable.
