William Shakespeare's writing reflected the ideas of humanism because he put real life situations in his works. I know this because in the text it states " Shakespeare wrote more than 30 comedies, tragedies, and histories," ( Holt 317). This supports how he reflected the ideas of humanism. So many people also liked Shakespeare's play. They liked Shakespeare's plays because of the beauty of his language. I know this because in the text it states " Ever since, people have enjoyed the beauty of Shakespeare's language,"(Holt 317). This supports my answer on why people liked his work.
