2. FRUITS AND VEGETABLES MUSTN'T BE MISSING
These products are going to provide to us big part of the vitamins, minerals and fibre. It is necessary to try that in every meal there is at least a food of every products.
3. DO EXERCISE EVERY DAY
The main thing is to choose a sport that motivates you and you like. It is necessary to do aproximately 30 daily minutes of physical activity.
4. IT IMPROVES YOUR REST HABITS
To sleep better we have to sleep 7 or 8 hours. Also avoid go to sleep seeing the mobile or TV, because there are stimulus that dificult the sleep.
5. TRY TO LIMIT SALT AND SUGAR IN YOUR DIET.
Sugar can increase your weight and salt is bad for your blood pressure.
