The USILA Scholar All-American Program was established in 1989 to recognize student-athletes from USILA member institutions who have distinguished themselves academically, athletically and as citizens of their communities. MEET COACH BERKMAN

The all-time winningest coach in NCAA men's lacrosse history, Jim Berkman enters his 33rd season at the helm of 12-time national champion Salisbury University in 2021. Berkman has been the head of Salisbury men's lacrosse since 1989.
