These are correlated with your health and lifestyle. What you eat and how you treat yourself.

Everyone wants to be fit and stay health but we are humans. There are some habits that we cannot avoid to stay healthy and happy but to stay happy and healthy we must take care of the lifestyle of ours.

Here are some tips that you should strictly follow to stay healthy and happy.

Sleep

You must Sleep early and wake up early. Experts says that you should at least get six to eight hours of sleep for a day. If you are having trouble in sleeping you should see a doctor.

A good night’s sleep for a good day is very important because you have to handle the stress of the day. A good night’s sleep helps your body and mind relaxed with good energy for day time.

Exercise

Experts say that exercise not only helps you to keep your body fit but also it helps to relax your mind. Dr. Mohamed Wisham says that Exercising causes the body to produce endorphin and the chemicals can help a person to feel more peaceful and happy.

You must take care of your body and exercise on daily basis for minimum one hour daily.

Eat healthy

Experts’ advice not to skip the meals to be fit. “You can eat your breakfast and still be fit” Dr. Wisham says adding that eat on timings and you should not eat your dinner or take heavy meals late at night.

“If you crave at midnight have something healthy like grapes or some nuts. Avoid junk foods and fizzy drinks. Add fruits and vegetables in your daily meals.” Dr.Wisham said.

Avoid bad habits

Avoid smoking and consuming alcohol. Both tobacco and alcohol use would lead to major health risks. Alcohol is associated with chronic liver disease, cancers, and cardiovascular diseases. Smoking is associated with lung disease, cancers, and cardiovascular diseases. So it is better to be safe than sorry.

Drinking at least 8 glass of water is a must. By following these tips you can lead a happy and healthy lifestyle.
