Campus Directors' Training 2017 February 2017

Thank You for your heart and partnership in our Campus Ministry. We are so blessed as we continue to trust God in every way.

For this month, let me highlight our Campus Directors' Training last January 24 - 27, 2017.

For this Campus Directors' Training, our lessons will help our Campus Directors to lead their team in there local campus ministry. Our desire is to equip and empower them for greater leadership and unity as we do our mission to reach the next generation.

For this year, we focused on the 4 Essential Habits of a Campus Director. We believe that if a Campus Director will harness these habits it will create better relationships, unity and productivity.

Here's the 4 Essential Habits that a Campus Directors must posses.

  • Guarding the Calling.
  • Building with the Senior Pastor.
  • Leading the Team.
  • Preaching the Word.

On our last day, we had The God Test Training, this is a tool to connect and to start a conversation to the students. It is a global survey about people's perspective about God in this generation.

After the training, the Campus Directors were deployed in the nearby Campuses and student centers to do The God Test. The goal is to connect, make conversation and preach the Gospel.

Let me share two stories after doing The God Test.

Students of STI Taguig.

Beside me is Kier Padios, 2nd year Computer Engineering Student of STI College Taguig. He's been attending EN Campus Fort. He's praying for his classmates to know Jesus, who are also in this picture.

I approached Carlos Jimenez, the student beside Kier, as he order some dimsum, I started connecting and conversing with him. Then I asked him if he is done with The God Test. He did the test. While doing it, his classmates came and they also did the test. Then, we talked about the Gospel and they received Jesus right there and then.

Arnel Gallardo from General Mariano Alvarez, Cavite. After the training, he went straight to University of Perpetual Help. He met some students and did The God Test. Some students got interested but apparently their school service is ready to fetch them.

The students asked their school service to wait for awhile so that they can accommodate Arnel Gallardo to do The God Test. Arnel Gallardo shared the test and preach the Gospel to the students and they receive Jesus. They are also excited for the launch of EN Campus in their university.
