NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
- We book Mon - Sat
- 4 hours minimum rental with Rustic table & chairs only.
- • Property Rental allows only 5 kids for Wedding (3 to 13 years old)
- • Rental hour between : 9:00am and 8:00pm
- • No hard liquor allow (wine & can beer only)
- • 70 guests capacity (Venue Requires Guests List )
- • $300 Facility Cleaning deposit (refundable if you leave the property clean upon staff inspection)
- • $350 fee per each overtime hour.
- • All decorations need to be removed same day of event.
- • Venue requires Event Insurance.
- • Venue requires copy of Insurance for all your Vendors.
- • No staples, No candles (electric candles only), No silk petals, No balloons, No hanging decorations, no music band, No Loud Music.
OPTIONAL (4 hours):
- • $150 Sound System & Microphone
- • $750 DJ.
- $1150 Certified Wedding Planner & Wedding Coordinator.
- • $250 each Uniformed Server or bartender
- • $350 Vintage Carriage photo booth
- • $425 buffet table setup, take down and 2 uniformed servers.
- • $200 Fire pit & Corn Hole game.
- • $5.50 per Guest Dinnerware setup & take down (Charger, glass dinner plate, vintage silverware, toast glass cup & Napkin)
- $35 each Table Centerpieces.
- • $15 Extra Vintage table (for favors, cake, gifts, host etc)
- • $350 Decoration Setup.
How to book a event with us:
- • $500.00 Non-refundable deposit to hold your event date. (deposit will be applied to your balance due)
- • 2 week later 25% down payment of the total Event balance due.
- • Monthly payments until one month prior to your event
- • Add 4% surcharge for any payment made by credit card..
- • We do not book events on Jun, Jul, Aug & Sep.
