Exercise JOINT WARRIOR 17-1. RAF A400M Atlas and C-17 Globemaster Ex JOINT WARRIOR 17-1 at keevil airfield. Foxhound armoured vehicles and quad bikes were unloaded as well as elements of 2nd Battalion, The Royal Gurkha Rifles.

The 2nd Battalion, The Royal Gurkha Rifles deplane from a A400M, having left RAF Brize Norton and arrived at Keevil. 27 march 2017

Mr Viv Marsh from RAF Shawbury came to RAF Brize Norton to introduce a population of Mason bees in the nature conservation area adjacent to Base Hangar. Helped by Lisa McLaughlin and Val Sanderson, from RAF Brize Norton, he installed a bee nest loaded with pupae ready to hatch in the coming weeks. 28 march 2017
