Adaptive Leadership is a practical leadership framework that helps individuals and organizations adapt and thrive in challenging environments. It is being able, both individually and collectively, to take on the gradual but meaningful process of change. It emphasizes competencies and strategies that recognize the value of working collaboratively to adapt complex systems toward patient-centered health care and population health.

Some of you might remember April Lewis taking advantage of the opportunity to pick on Jamie Ulmer when one of his employees shared that she WAY TOO MANY unused vacation days….this week it is Jamie’s turn to poke a little fun. Hear this, and Jamie’s additional tips regarding Adaptive Leadership (he even provided some additional slides with key definitions for you, what a guy!)
