PAID MATERNITY LEAVE
Maternity Leave of 12 weeks will be paid for staff with a minimum two (2) years permanent employment with Device Technologies.
All female employees have the ability to receive your 12 weeks paid maternity leave commencing at the start of your maternity leave or alternatively over a longer period of time if desired.
All permanent employees with at least one (1) full year of service, will be given one day of birthday leave. This leave is to be taken on the day of the employee’s birthday.
REC DAY - REST, ENERGISE AND CONNECT
We understand that sometimes you just need a break from the daily stresses. A chance to focus and regroup. You don’t need a specific reason, it could just be that you need some downtime, some space to reflect or the chance to do something just for yourself.
Each employee will be entitled to three (3) of these days per year.
Novated Car Leasing
At Device Technologies we provide opportunities for employees to participate in novated leases. A novated lease is a lease agreed between the lessor (financier) and the driver (employee).
DTA has an exclusive agreements with two providers with innovation for the provision of these services. For more information contact our payroll department.
EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAME
Totally confidential early intervention counseling service focused on providing support to staff members and their immediate family members. Provided by Davidson Trahair Corpsych with registered psychologists and social workers who have a minimum of 5 years experience.
All employees are entitled to 3 x 1 hour sessions of counseling on a per issue basis.
