The Biz Dash 5K returns to Ballpark Village on Thursday, August 31, 2017 to kick off Labor Day Weekend! Produced by the St. Louis Sports Commission, the Biz Dash brings St. Louis area businesses and their employees together to celebrate team camaraderie and living a healthy, active lifestyle. In our inaugural year, 120 companies created teams and almost 2,000 people participated in the event making it a huge success! This year, we want to get even more organizations involved.

Think of the Biz Dash as a Thursday night happy hour wrapped around a 5K in Downtown St. Louis. All levels of walkers and runners are encouraged to participate for your “Company Team.” With the main focus being the 5K, the event also includes company tailgate festivities in the World Wide Technology Team Village where participants can enjoy themselves, mingle with other teams and receive recognition for their contributions, race times and company t-shirt designs. With live music, food, drinks and fun, it’s “St. Louis’ Biggest Office Party!"

The Biz Dash is St. Louis’ version of the corporate run that has become widely popular in many cities across the country. The heart of the event is to bring our community together and promote a healthy lifestyle. Think of it as a Thursday night happy hour, a networking opportunity or just a fun activity to do on a week night in Downtown St. Louis.
