Santa Parade 2018 Leadgate Task Force

After many weeks preparation the Annual Leadgate Task Force Santa Parade for the children of our village was held on Saturday 8th December 2018

The Final Preparations

On the afternoon of Friday 7th December an intrepid band of volunteers assembled at the Engine Shed to decorate Santa's Sleigh. By 1230 on the 8th the transformation was complete

The First Stop - New Road - Cricket Club Corner

The parade was greeted by many excited children at the first stop, soon Santa and his helpers got off the Sleigh to deliver some early Christmas Cheer

With the light fading quickly the parade set off for the Play Area travelling via Bradley Cottages and the Hat & Feather
