The town of Jackson hole was founded in 1892 by a settler named Bill Menor

When looking for a place to stay in Jackson Hole the Painted Buffalo Inn or The Snow King resort are both great options. The Painted Buffalo Inn rates go for 129$ a night and The Snow King resort rates at 159$ a night.

Jackson Hole offers many activities besides just getting away. You can go shopping in the town, hiking in the mountains or skiing at the Snow King resort.

The gun barrel restaurant offers Buffalo, venison and other exotic game.

The best travel option is to drive to Jackson Hole and admire the scenery of the western United States along the way. The drive is an estimated 25 hours straight through. 1704 miles is about 300 dollars in gas.
