Research shows homebuyers and renters visit your website an average of eight times before they visit your destination. Our job is to make sure their online experience is a great one, and then enhance their on-site experience with technology that aids the conversion process at every step.

Everything we do, from banner ads to websites to interactive touchscreen presentations, is designed to build your brand, drive engagement and help convert leads into clients. For help with print materials, signage and sales centers, we also seamlessly partner with our sister company, Wallace & Company.

  • Ensure your paid search ad comes up in the top 3 spots. Includes keyword research/optimization, ad copywriting, bid optimization, and weekly reports ($2,500/month)
Google Remarketing Banner Ads
  • Cost-per-click banner ads that retarget community website visitors who didn’t sign up ($250 / mo.)
  • Note: The current “Re-messaging” campaign ($300 / mo.) with NJ Advance Media uses expensive impression-based bidding ($6 CPM). We think it’s better to pay only for clicks to the website, not for impressions (ad views).
Google Display Banner Ads
  • Cost-per-click campaign: Using ‘In-Market’ targeting to target prospective renters who are looking for an apartment based on their online search and browsing behavior, and proximity to the Apartment community. Displays on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices ($750 / mo.)
  • Note: The current display campaign ($855 / mo.) with NJ Advance Media uses expensive impression-based bidding ($8.55 CPM) on NJ.com and uses ‘Extended Reach’ which may result in a lot of impressions (ad views) but not qualified traffic.
Social Media
  • Using a blend of ‘In-feed’ ads on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter as well as Boosted posts to attract potential renters, we not only ensure greater reach on the social media channels, but we also drive people to your website where they can convert by signing up and become a real lead. This will ensure higher quality leads, as opposed to people signing up on Facebook using a lead-gen ad. ($2,000/month)
  • Monthly content calendar creation and posting 4x/month on all 3 social channels
  • In-feed ads on Facebook and Instagram that drive traffic to your website, generating quality leads
  • Boosted posts to extend your reach
  • Lead Generation campaign ($2,000 / mo.) with NJ Advance Media creates an easy to submit form on Facebook that may produce a lot of sign-ups but mostly unqualified leads
  • Target prospective renters with email blasts to opt-in, targeted lists ($1,000 per eblast; includes up to 50,000 recipients)
Geo-Fencing Mobile Campaign
  • Marketing campaign targeting mobile devices with banner ads within a virtual boundary around businesses and specific locations ($1,000 / mo.)
  • Example Campaign: target student buildings on NJCU campus, campus parking lots, West Side Light Rail station, local bars and coffee shops, fitness centers.

Hudson Bike Share & Citi Bike Advertising Opportunities

Hudson Bike Share launched in Hoboken in October 2015 and recently expanded to Weehawken, West New York, Guttenberg, North Bergen, Bayonne and Port Imperial for a total of 560 bikes. The system currently has over 28,000 registered members and has clocked over 483,000 rides since inception. Jersey City has also recently announced that it plans to roll out a bike-share program with Citi Bike in Hoboken with around 29 stations throughout the city.
