Skeletal System

Functions- skeletons protect, shape, support and move our bodies, as well as producing red blood cells in the bone marrow. Your vertebral column or spine is divided into five sections and influences movement during sport.

Major Organs- skeletal system in human is a major connective tissue system that is made up of organs, such as bones, ligaments, tendons and cartilages. The entire framework of body is made up of bones, which serves as a guarding system to protect the viscera and allows locomotion.

Interactions- Exercise causes the skeletal system to become denser and stronger. The marrow inside bones is critical to the circulatory system, and the cells in the marrow generate both red and white blood cells. The endocrine system produces hormones that affect the way the bones grow.

Muscular System

Major Organs- skeletal muscle tissue, blood vessels, tendons, and nerves

Interactions- The muscular system interacts with the nervous system, the nervous system will send messages to the muscular system in case of an emergency.

Receptors in muscles provide the brain with information about body position and movement. The brain controls the contraction of skeletal muscle. The nervous system regulates the speed at which food moves through the digestive tract.

Muscular system functions- The muscular system is responsible for the movement of the human body.Your muscular system lets you lift exert energy without it you would not be able to
