The furniture design for the space is established through the furniture programming and imaging process. This collaborative effort with the Project Team helps determine the needs and priorities for the project. STG Design assists in establishing "your story" and providing a space that is unique for each project.

FURNITURE PROCESS SUMMARY

  • Programming - Meeting to review room functions, technology needs
  • Schematic - Furniture plans; STG creates a Furniture Image Look Book
  • Visioning - Meeting to review likes and dislikes (establishes design preferences); Begin artwork design concepts
  • Design Package - Furniture, finishes, accessories, and artwork research/selections; Meetings to review Design Package
  • Document and Pricing - Assemble detailed specifications; Distribute to vendors for pricing; Review of vendor pricing, establish vendor(s)
  • Furnishing Administration - Coordinate with vendors and contractors
