Jobvite - Publisher How to set up your network publishing

To set up your network publishing, you firstly need to log into Jobvite

On your dashboard, click on Jobvites

Then click on Setup Publisher

You will need to edit your Publisher settings as per the below:

Post up to: Select how many posts you want to do

Per: Select if daily/weekly

Repeat: Select how often you want this auto-publishing to occur (do not select NEVER) twice daily recommended

You have to select the Social Media you want Jobvite Publisher to publish to (tick box)

You will then need to edit the template (Click on Edit Template Box) to personalise the wording posted

You can edit the template wording to personalise the way you would like to post it, but you need to include the [job-title] and [company-name] inserts for the systems to auto-populate.

Example: Do you want to part of something amazing? If you think you have what it takes to be part of a world class team, then [company-name] is looking for [job-title].

After you have set up the Publisher content, you need to select the Categories you want to Publish to (Select All or Customize, if you wish for the audience)

Don't just select your own roles!

Then select the Locations - Customize selection to EMEA countries.

Once complete - click Save and the Jobvite Publisher will do the rest!
