Put the banana in a dish
Mash the banana with a fork to break the cellular wall
Add 15 ml liquid soap to take the grease off the cellular membrane
Add 15 ml water and a teaspoon of salt and mix
Filter the compound with a strainer
Put 5 ml of the compound in a big test-tube
Add 5 ml of pineapple juice in the test-tube and overturn very slowly
Add 5 ml of alcohol in the test-tube
Now the filaments of DNA are visible
