Going Low

Seven of the 10 returning Green Terror golfers shot a round of 73 at some point during the 2017-18 season. Shawn MacBurnie posted the low round of the year, firing a 69 at Glenmaura on Apr. 23.

With Honors

Shawn MacBurnie returns atop the Green Terror lineup after earning All-Mid-Atlantic Region honors last season. He was second on the squad in 2017-18 with a 77.0 stroke average over 21 rounds played. He won the Penn State-Harrisburg Invitational in the fall and added a second-place showing at Glenmaura this spring. He posted five rounds of 73 or better.



One of the premiere golf venues in Western Pennsylvania, The Country Club was established in 1905, and offers a scenic and challenging golf experience for golfers of all levels. From the blue tees, the Par 72 course measures 6,808 yards with a slope rating of 134.


The Carlisle Barracks Golf Course is one of the finest in Cumberland Valley. It measures over 6300 yards, has a par 72, and is fully irrigated.

Back-to-Back Rookies

McDaniel has had the last two Centennial Conference Rookies of the Year. Christian Garruppo posted the low round of the CC tournament in 2017 before Collin MacDonald followed it up with Rookie of the Year honors in 2018.
