Urban Education Field Experience 1 & 2

This Tutorial will walk you though using TK20 for your Field Placement.

Tips

- TK20 works best in Google CHROME.

- Save, Save, Save - Save, Update and Add all will save the form or artifact you are working with.

- Use the navigation buttons inside TK20. Using the back and refresh buttons in your browser may cause you to lose information.

- There is a 'Grade' area on each form and you will see this throughout your binder. This area does not mean anything related to your grade and no UHD grades are housed in TK20.

Your username and password are your UHD log in credentials (The same one you use to log into Blackboard)

FAQ's

- Why can't I submit my Field Experience Binder?

If there is still a red pending flag next to any form in your Binder, you will not be able to submit. A red pending flag indicates there is a form that you have not yet completed.

- Where can I see the forms my MT and FEI completed?

The Assessment tab in your field binder is where you can see all of the information completed by your MT and FEI.

- My Mentor Teacher cannot log into TK20. How can I help?

Your Mentor Teacher's initial username and password are their work e-mail (all lowercase). If this is not working, ask them to send an e-mail to tk20cpshelp@uhd.edu.

- My Mentor Teacher is not receiving an e-mail to approve my hours. How can I help?

Check to make sure you submitted your hours.

Submitting your Field Binder

At the end of the semester, when you are finished uploading all documents and completing all forms, you can submit your binder.

If you submit your binder and still need to add additional information, e-mail tk20cpshelp@uhd.edu to unlock your binder
