We Are Home

And We Are Building Home Together

Immigrant Nebraskans are lights in our families and communities.

It’s time for positive immigration laws and full inclusion of longtime community members.

Congress has not meaningfully updated our immigration laws in more than 35 years, causing unnecessary harm to local families and communities. Before the end of the year, we have important opportunities to pass legislation like the Dream & Promise Act and Renewing Immigration Registry Act to create stability for Nebraska families and whole communities.

Urge Congress to take action now: to keep families together, to create a way for longtime community members to apply for residency and citizenship, and to create stability for whole communities.

See below 3 easy ways to share the light of your story & support for positive immigration laws!

Call Congress

Congress has important opportunities to pass positive immigration laws – the Dream & Promise Act, the Renewing Immigration Registry Act, and others – to create stability for local families and communities. Show your support for full inclusion!

Email Congress

Outdated laws harm local families and communities, yet Congress has failed to take action for decades. Tell your members of Congress it’s time to create a way for long-time community members to apply for residency and citizenship.
