Cattle may not be the thing thing that you know well, but you can learn about them here.

Cattle were domesticated 8,000 years ago in modern day Turkey. Some historians say that they were first brought to America by Vikings 1,000 years ago.
Before plows and vehicles were electric, cattle pulled them.
Cows produce leather, dairy, and meat.
Cattle are vegetarians, but they can't bite off grass. They have to bite down and rip it out of the ground.
