WELCOME BACK TO STEGEMAN COLISEUM

Georgia Athletic Hospitality welcomes you to the 2021-2022 Georgia Men's Basketball season. We are excited to host you in the Courtside Club again this year. Please review the below policies, specific to the Courtside Club, and communicate these policies to any and all guests throughout the season. We look forward to another successful year of dedicated hospitality service as we aim to deliver exceptional game days for every premium seating guest at Stegeman Coliseum.

The 2021-2022 UGA Men's Basketball home season will consist of one exhibition game and nineteen regular season games played at Stegeman Coliseum. All game tickets and Courtside Club Hospitality Passes will be on a mobile platform.

Georgia Athletic Hospitality has provided a brief overview of Stegeman Coliseum's ticket policies below or visit GeorgiaDogs.com for more information.

Stegeman Coliseum Ticket Policies:

  • A valid, un-scanned game ticket is required to enter Stegeman Coliseum.
  • A ticket will be required for all individuals regardless of age.
  • All game tickets are on a mobile platform and are emailed for the season.
  • Mobile tickets are NOT to be printed. Printed tickets will not be accepted at the gates.
  • All tickets are game-specific.
  • Tickets may be transferred via the online account.
  • The Stegeman Coliseum Will Call window is located off of Sanford Drive, between Gates D & E. The Will Call windows will open one (1) hour prior to tip-off.

Stegeman Coliseum Gate & Entry Policies

  • Stegeman Coliseum gates open one (1) hour prior to tipoff.
  • All UGA parking lots and decks will open one (1) hours prior to tip-off.
  • A clear bag policy is in effect. Please see the "Clear Bag Policy and Prohibited Items" section below.

Courtside Club Hours of Operation

The Courtside Club will open at gate open, one (1) hour prior to tip-off, and will close at the end of halftime.

Courtside Club Hospitality Pass Policies and Entry Process

  • Courtside Club Hospitality Passes are game-specific.
  • Each guest regardless of age must have a valid Hospitality Pass.
  • Courtside Club Hospitality Passes will be on a mobile platform. Printed passes will NOT be accepted.
  • The Courtside Club is located on court-level, off of Tunnel 3.
  • Guests entering the Courtside Club from stadium seats must present a valid Courtside Club Hospitality Pass to access Tunnel 3, located underneath Section P.
  • The Courtside Club will have designated Entrance and Exit only doors.
  • Upon entering, a Georgia Athletic Hospitality staff member will scan the mobile Hospitality Pass and each guest will be given a wristband.
  • This game-specific wristband will allow guests to exit and re-enter the Courtside Club as they wish through the end of halftime.

Game Day Menu

Proof of the Pudding is the catering provider for the Courtside Club.

  • All buffets will be self-service.
  • All food will be placed in "to go"-style containers as all food served in the Courtside Club can be taken to any seat in the Coliseum.
  • Alcohol sales will return this season. See the "Alcohol Policies" under the Guest Conduct & Expectation section for more information.

Georgia Athletic Hospitality FANGINEER™

Georgia Athletic Hospitality game day workers are called "FANGINEERS™." The Georgia Athletic Hospitality FANGINEER™ is your direct link to Hospitality Directors. Notify the FANGINEER™ with any questions, requests, or to contact a Hospitality Director.The Georgia Athletic Hospitality FANGINEER™ can be identified by their bright-green FANGINEER™ lanyard and Georgia Athletic Hospitality polo.

Game Day Programs

Game day programs will continue to be digital for the 2021-2022 season.

Georgia Athletic Hospitality will send a link to view programs in the "Courtside Club Newsletter" sent on each game week.

Guest Conduct and Expectations

  • Courtside Club pass holders and guests are expected to conduct themselves in a thoughtful and courteous manner at all time.
  • Any guests displaying unsuitable behavior, including but not limited to abusive acts, vulgar behavior, intoxication, or disorderly conduct, may be removed from Stegeman Coliseum and risk revocation of tickets.
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • The University of Georgia Athletic Association reserves the right to revoke your Courtside Club pass at any time.
  • Tobacco products, including smoking and the use of e-cigarettes, are not permitted in the coliseum. UGA is a smoke/tobacco free campus.
  • Courtside Club guests and patrons must follow the law at all times. Unlawful behavior or actions will result in ejection and pass revocation.

Courtside Club Alcohol Policies & Procedures

This season, a selection of beer and wine will be available for purchase in the Courtside Club each game. See below policies all guests who purchase alcohol within the Courtside Club are expected to uphold.

  • Underage drinking is strictly prohibited. Guests must be 21 years old to consume alcoholic beverages.
  • All alcohol transactions will require a credit/debit card. No cash will be accepted.
  • Alcohol sales will begin 1 hour prior to tip-off and conclude at the end of the end of halftime.
  • All alcoholic beverages will be served in a designated alcohol cup. Alcoholic beverages must remain in the designated cup at all times.
  • Courtside Club guests are permitted to take purchased beer and wine to their Coliseum seats.
  • No alcohol may leave Stegeman Coliseum.
  • Intoxication and disorderly conduct will not be tolerated. Guests abusing the Alcohol Policy risk ejection.

Student-Athletes & NCAA Compliance

  • Per the NCAA, current UGA student-athletes and their family members are NOT permitted to be guests in the premium areas.
  • All Courtside Club pass holders and guests are expected to follow all NCAA policies.

Coliseum security has the right to inspect any item at any time for the purpose of spectator safety. Prohibited items must be returned to cars or disposed of before entry.

This list is not conclusive but has been condensed to commonly seen items.

Prohibited items include:

  • Non-Clear Bags such as Backpacks, purses, or clutches or Clear Bags Larger than 12”x12”
  • Alcohol, cigarettes, or e-cigarettes
  • Bottles & Cans
  • Infant Seats or Strollers
  • Motorized Scooters
  • Umbrellas
  • Weapons of any kind including pocket-knives or pepper spray
  • Each ticket holder is allowed one large clear bag such as a one-gallon Ziploc style bag or clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bag that does not exceed 12" x 6" x 12", plus a small clutch purse.
  • Bags that contain necessary medical items, including breast pumps, breast milk, formula, insulin, and Epi Pens, must be inspected and tagged at a designated gate. Medical Bag Check station is at Gate 6, off of East Campus Road.
  • Fans can still carry items such as binoculars, smart phones, tablets and cameras (with lenses shorter than four inches), so long as they are not in a bag or carrying case.
