Unclearity.

… unclear digital footprints

Unclearity leads to dropoff.

Dropoff leads to bad business.

Bad business means the competitors will outrun you.

Fullstop.

Now. Let’s look at Hyper Island – videostyle:

The way forward.

The purpose (& conversion).

Primary purpose: Show HyperIslands different courses around the world – and make it easy to apply.

Secondary purpose: Be THE network for digital people. f (Hyper Island Network with jobs, toolbox, yearly report, blogg…)

The targetgroup (& the meetingplaces).

Primary targetgroup: New "customers": Young adults curius to learn digital (20-25 years)

Secondary targetgroup: Old "customers" - alumni and todays students, companies (tailored educations/cooperations) and all other persons interested in digital education, partners.

Primary meeetingplace: Oral recommandations from previos students (direct traffic)

The personality.

Where is the passion, the inspiration, the energy…? Incorpate bold colors, copy, design, imagenery and videos… Dare to bold but keep it simple.

The digital footprints.

Structure and overview of the supporting channels and focus on what they do best. And make them support eachother (and not as now duplicated content).

Approach: JTBD (job-to-be-done) in the MVP ; ex. "When I find a relevant education on the site I want to get more information so I know what that it is the correct course for me." When I'm am interested in an eduction I want to be able ask questions online so I get anwers." "When I have a problem I want to be able reach out to the network so I can solve the issue."

Budget for this 4 week-sprint: 150 000 SEK

BRIEFEN & UTMANINGARNA

Hur kan en MVP sida för Hyper Island se ut? Hyper Island har idag en hemsida som försöker baka in många olika målgrupper från studenter till CEOs, till föräldrar och lärare som är intresserade av alternativa utbildningsformer. En utmaning är att besökare droppar av, och tror att det bara är en skola, eller för specifika kurser för de som redan kan mycket inom det digitala. Hur ska HI jobba med sina olika målgrupper och dess syfte med att besöka sidan genom att stå fast för vid sin vision och syfte.
