BMES Honor Society

Very proud of these eleven 5th and 6th graders who have made “serving others” a priority. This Wednesday, our Honors Society members packed 5,184 meals for starving children! Altogether, our kids helped pack enough meals to feed 55 children for one entire year! Our kids also raised $605 to donate to the organization to help buy more food!

Authentic Learning at its Best!!!

Students from Mrs. Spigarelli’s class presented a study they conducted about litter at BMES. They did an amazing job of presenting the data and made a strong case for more garbage cans at BMES. These students did such a wonderful job and were very persuasive - landing tremendous support from our PTO. Wow!!!
