Dancing is a fun thing to do, with anyone because anyone can do it.

No one has to be perfect at dancing ,just have fun.

There are different types of dancing from all over the world.

There are different dances all over India but the most popular is called:Bharatanatyam

The shoes that a solo dancer wears are heavily influenced by the type of dance they are performing. Dances like the slip jig, the reel, or the single jig are ideal for soft shoes.

African dance refers mainly to the dance of Sub-Saharan Africa, and more appropriately African dances because of the many cultural differences in musical and movement styles.

Dance in ancient Egypt. Dancing played a vital role in the lives of the ancient Egyptians. All social classes were exposed to music and dancing.

Mexican folk dancing varies from region to region. In Guadalajara, the Jarabe Tapatia, or Mexican hat dance, is popular. The Jarabe is a courting dance and also the national dance of Mexico. In Guerrero, many folk dances mimic animal movements-the Iguana is a popular dance.

A trip to Hawaii is incomplete without enjoying at least one Hawaiian hula performance. The hula dance is one of Hawaii's oldest traditions and is often accompanied by either Hawaiian music (mele) or a traditional Hawaiian chant.

Swing Dancing started in the 1920s and solo Charleston was - and is - usually danced to 2/4 ragtime music or traditional jazz, Lindy Hop was danced to swing music (a kind of swinging jazz), and Lindy Charleston to either traditional or swing jazz. West Coast Swing is usually danced to Pop, R&B, Blues, or Funk.
