Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are as important to us at LDW as they are to you. In an effort to continuously improve our competence in these areas, we have consulted with and have received training from a series of experts in the field, some of which reside within our client organizations. As a result, we have adapted some of our assessment interview techniques and processes to ensure that we challenge any unconscious biases that we as assessors may have. To further improve the candidate experience, we are committed to continuously expanding our awareness as well as regularly evaluating our assessment practices to make certain that all candidates feel that their unique backgrounds and experiences are both respected and valued.
One of the ways we support the leaders and organizations we serve is through executive coaching. At LDW, we practice Continuous Improvement Coaching. We partner with the leader to drive iterative and meaningful improvements. Starting with deep insights into the origins of behavior, we help leaders identify new ways to get results and make a purposeful impact. We believe that with insight and intention, over time, small adjustments in thinking and behavior will shift good to great!
