Happy New Year from the team at LDW! Over the years, we've enjoyed working with our clients, listening, and responding to your needs with new tools, products, and services. Most of you know us for our Executive Assessment solutions and some of you have asked about how we can further support the candidates, leaders, and executives within your organizations. As a result, we will periodically send this Touchpoint to keep you in the know about the the full scope of LDW services including innovation and development happening at LDW.

We recently collected VOC data to keep current on your priorities and goals for the future. Many of you shared that, given the competitive market for top talent, ensuring a pleasant and smooth candidate experience has become a top priority. In response, we have created the first of a series of videos to make certain that your candidates are informed and know what to expect during an LDW executive assessment. By having a consistent message available to candidates beforehand, we hope to jump into the assessment interviews more quickly and save everyone time. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are as important to us at LDW as they are to you. In an effort to continuously improve our competence in these areas, we have consulted with and have received training from a series of experts in the field, some of which reside within our client organizations. As a result, we have adapted some of our assessment interview techniques and processes to ensure that we challenge any unconscious biases that we as assessors may have. To further improve the candidate experience, we are committed to continuously expanding our awareness as well as regularly evaluating our assessment practices to make certain that all candidates feel that their unique backgrounds and experiences are both respected and valued.

One of the ways we support the leaders and organizations we serve is through executive coaching. At LDW, we practice Continuous Improvement Coaching. We partner with the leader to drive iterative and meaningful improvements. Starting with deep insights into the origins of behavior, we help leaders identify new ways to get results and make a purposeful impact. We believe that with insight and intention, over time, small adjustments in thinking and behavior will shift good to great!
