Hanson Land All about me: janelle hanson

I'm Janelle and I'm a Spanish teacher in Newton County, GA. I've been teaching for 8.5 years and I'm studying Instructional Technology with the goal to move out out of the classroom and into a teacher support role. While I love teaching, I have decided that I would prefer to be a help to other teachers because as we all know, teaching is really stinkin' hard. I know that helping them integrate new and useful technology can change a classroom and have set my sites on doing that.

I am an Eagle through and through. I graduated with a Bachelor's in Spanish in 2008. When I finally felt like I could handle going back to school, there was no other option for me. I love Ga Southern.

Finally, here are my kids. I fell head over heels for my husband when we were 15 and 16 years old. He was dumb and it took me 10 years to finally knock some sense into him. When we got married 5.5 years ago, I became a stepmom to his two sons, Andrew and Phillip, and then we later had our daughter, Sienna. We live in Loganville, GA in a house that is too small, but we are happy.
