Duties:• Heavy lifting up to 80 lbs., repetitive bending and standing for long periods • The ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects• Move construction or extraction materials to locations where they are needed• Carry and set forms, pour and trowel concrete.

Requirements: Must be able to travel out of area for work and pass drug screening. Prefer previous experience in construction/concrete, ideal candidate will have Valid NYS Driver’s License.

Overview: The Sullivan County Childcare Council has been providing child care resources and education to parents and child care providers for the past thirty plus years. The Program Support Specialist is responsible for providing support services throughout Sullivan County. Reliable transportation is required. Work hours are 9am-4:30pm M-F with occasional night/weekend work. Federal mileage rate paid for travel. Benefits & Paid time off included.

Requirements: Applicant must hold an AAS Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field with two years direct experience working with children ages six weeks to 12 years. Preference will be given to applicants with experience providing adult education.
