Elysian Fiber’s public/private project will focus on the development of a fiber optic backbone and fiber optic connections to community residents and key economic and academic development sites.

The fiber infrastructure project will includes bringing fiber-based, high bandwidth service to residential communities; however, this platform provides a virtually infinite foundation to grow. Ultimately, the teams vision for this project includes opportunities to deliver capabilities beyond internet access.
Some service offerings include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Automation evolution with smart home technology, using algorithms, if/else decision trees, sensors, and network connectivity
- City services based on prediction analytics, data collection statistics, citizen/community interaction, and logic and application programing that respond to threshold parameters or other constraints
- Public safety interaction via security camera integration, 911, police, and fire connections, active monitoring response based on situational instances, and predictive analytics
- Autonomous vehicle use, safety, smart street signs, management expanded because of additional information captured around neighborhoods
- Remote educational experiences created by affordable access to the internet and information, and alternative options
- Evolution of innovation and creativity capable for new businesses, products and services, telecommute employment, and customer access
- Remote health management and extending personal residence longevity through the use of telehealth, telemedicine, remote rehabilitation, remote monitoring of elderly/sick
