Cardiorespiratory Endurance: a healthrelated componet of physical fitness that relates to the ability of the circulatory and respiratory systems to supply fuel during sustained physical activity and to eliminate fatigue products after supplying fuel.

Flexibility: the quality of bending easily without breaking.

Body Composition: refers to the body joint to move freely.

Agility: is the ability to quickly change body positions/direction of the body.

Balance: the ability to stay upright or stay control of body movement, coordination is the ability to move two or more body parts under control, smoothly, and efficiently.

Speed: is the ability to move quickly across the ground or more rapidly to grab or throw.

Power: ability to exert maximum force as quickly as possible, as in jumping, accelerating, and jumping.

Reaction Time: ability to respond quickly to a stimulus.

B.M.I(Body Mass Index): is a value derived from the mass (weight) and height of individual. Defined as the body mass divided by the square of the body height and expressed as kg/m2.
