HIMSS is a national healthcare convention that brings together 40,000+ health IT professionals, clinicians, executives and vendors from around the world. Salesforce engaged Live Nation to help produce a blow out after party on the first night of the conference. Together, we created the "It" place to be and the must-attend party of the conference. This is how the event came together.
PARTY SET UP
Guests walked the blue carpet into a transformed Mardi Gras meets Miami vice setting. Both the VIP balcony and dance floor were decked out in Salesforce branding, blue lighting and mascots all within the B.B. King blues vibe.
LIGHTS, CAMERA, ACTION
The first 40 guests were rewarded with a surprise meet n' greet with Fitz and the Tantrums, the night's marquee band. Each attendee took home an autographed CD as a keepsake.
