Step 1: Login to internet banking either by your internet browser or your mobile app and select the menu button.

Step 2: From the Menu screen, select Remote Control Cards option.

Step 3: Select the right arrow (">") next to your last four card digits & your name.

Step 4: Select "Disabled", prompting a Confirm Change screen, which you will select "Submit"

To re-activate your card, simply repeat steps 1-4, selecting "Active" instead.
