Life mastery is all about knowing who you are and why you're here, and taking massive action towards it.
Life mastery is about being you, unapologetically.
Life mastery is about owning your space, owning your truth, and owning your vision.
So how do we do that?
For me - yoga practice is a big part of that. Kriya Yoga - yoga of action.
Lets turn to Patanjali's Sutras.
II.28. Through the practice of the different limbs, or steps to Yoga, whereby impurities are eliminated, there arises an illumination that culminates in discriminative wisdom, or enlightenment.
Enlightenment? Discriminative wisdom? Self mastery?

Yoga is all about applying these principles to real life. So lets take a look at what we can do to get to mastery.
1. Identify what you want. Your deepest desires, your bucket list, your dreams and if-onlys. Be honest, and dream big, because...
What we focus on becomes our reality .
2. Develop a daily practice that supports you.
Yoga - Running - Meditation. This looks different to different people. If you speak to Tony Robbins it might be ice baths and cryotherapy. It might be 100 lengths in the pool, it might be a 10 mile bike ride. Whatever it is, use this time to clear your mind and get clear on your purpose, every single day.
