Roof Relationships commitment required!

For most of us, everything we love and work for is under one roof.

With Valentine's Day fresh in our past and winter soon ending, it's a great time to keep spreading the love by scheduling a professional roof inspection for the spring. Keep what you love safe and dry!

Want a jump start?

This puppy has nothing to do with this topic. It is just so cute! And we thought it would be nice to add cuteness to this informative piece.

Here is a list of what you can look for with both feet on solid ground (when outside, use binoculars):

Exterior Inspection

  • missing or damaged shingles or flashing.
  • bowing or curling shingles.
  • mold growing on the shingles.
  • sagging gutters.

Interior Inspection

  • from the attic, inspect interior side of roof decking for leaks and moisture.
  • inside your home, look for water spotting - this could be caused by leaking due to damages.

Remember, it may take the skilled eye of a licensed roofer to identify signs of damage.

If you do find cause for concern, or have any questions, contact a roofing specialist as soon as possible. A professional inspection is always a great idea!
