In my Exploratory Business classes I used OpenEd to show a video about Economic Systems to the students.
In my Intro to Business course, students watched a video and answered questions about "The Rule of 72," a tool which helps you approximate how many years it will take for an investor to double his/her money based on the interest rate the investment is earning.
Students in my 7th grade computer applications course created a project in PowerPoint. They then uploaded the file into Google Slides to see the differences between the two platforms, and what functionalities are and are not available and compatible between the two platforms.
Students in my 8th grade computer applications class created a Google Sheets spreadsheet and created a bar chart using the data in the spreadsheet.
Students in my 7th and 8th grade computer applications courses formatted a research paper in MLA style using Google Docs.
