Karate Protecting for self dEfense

Karate is a martial art which is used for self defense. There are many types of karate but they all have one purpose which is to help defend yourself. To practice karate you must learn lots of forms, and combinations. Forms consist of lots of punches, kicks, and footworks.

When you get higher ranks you learn more forms, and they become longer, and harder. You must be responsible and practice these forms so you can remember them, and get better at them.

Karate also features sparring which is based off competition. Sparring has two people who fight and can punch, and kick to get points, but it most be over their belt. Whoever clearly does this gets a point and gets to stay while the person who lost goes to the end of the line, the next person in the line has to go up and fight the winner.
