Arnold's guide to success DEDICATION can get you far in life

“I've learned that the worst thing a parent can do is ignore their children” (junior, 153)

Even though parents may ignore you still continue with life.

“We all have to find our own ways to say good-bye.” Mr.P, 161

Even through life saying goodbye can be hard.

“Life is a constant struggle between being an individual and being a member of the community.” (Gordy, 116)

Going through life without knowing who are can be difficult.

“I think the world is a series of broken dams and floods, and my cartoons are tiny little lifeboats.” ( junior, 6)

Everyone has doubt but continues to succeed.

"We only know how to lose and be lost.” 173

You can get lost in life but always find your way back.

“That's the whole point of life, you know? To meet new people.” 156

In life you will have to meet people.

“Listen you have to read a book three times before you know it.”

You can't always understand something in life the first time.

“The world, even the smallest parts of it, is filled with things you don’t know.”

You will always find something you don't know.

“I suddenly understood that if every moment of a book should be taken seriously, then every moment of a life should be taken seriously as well.” (Arnold,95)

Can't go through life doubtful.

“And he only talks about his dreams with me. And I only talk about my dreams with him.”

Your dreams will happen in life.

Dear Arnold3214

My son has been continuously getting bullied at school. He has reported it for the last three months. I'm noticing a lot of changes in him, he has been in his room everyday after school, not talking to family and friends, his grades are getting impacted, he doesn't want to come out of his room for dinner, he stayed home for a week, he's becoming depressed. I'm scared. I don't know what to do to help. I've tried going to the school and telling them they need to take care of this before my son can't even show up to school any more. I was wondering if you know anything else that I can do try and brighten my sons day, tell him school will be better.

Sincerely: mamapoptart246

Dear mamapoptart246,

Your son needs to think about himself and not care with all these other dick heads think. I understand it may be tough but if he finds a good friend for life, then maybe it won't be that bad. Maybe. Just continue to be there for him and tell him to do what he thinks is best. When I was getting bullied I was taught to beat a persons ass but I'd advise him not to do that. I got over the fact that people mocked me because I was different. I didn't care anymore I found my friends and pushed through hell.

Sincerely Arnold3214
