Thanksgiving ThingsĀ I am thankful for

I am thankful for my wonderful family and what they do for me.
I am also thankful for a house to live in and a beautiful city to live in.
I am thankful for food on the table......and that we can afford it.
I am thankful for Jesus dying on the cross and for everything he's done for us.
I am thankful for everything God's made....including nature.
I am thankful for this class because you guys are always right there.
And I am most thankful for my parents who provide for me and give me what I need and being there for me all the time.

Thanksgiving Day is a national holiday celebrated in Canada and the United States. It was originally celebrated as a day of giving thanks for the blessing of the harvest and of the preceding year. Thanksgiving is celebrated on the second Monday of October in Canada and on the fourth Thursday of November in the United States. Several other places around the world observe similar celebrations. Although Thanksgiving has historical roots in religious and cultural traditions, it has long been celebrated in a secular manner as well. Thanksgiving is giving thanks to God for the cross and everything he has done for us.
