We Look Forward to Welcoming You Back!

We hope this message finds you and your loved ones in good health. We want to let you know we have been working hard to get ready to welcome you again soon. We would like to share just a few of the ways we’ve prepared to open again and some frequently asked questions that our families have had.

NOTE: ALL GUIDELINES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED ON COUNTY AND STATE REQUIREMENTS.

• Enhanced cleaning: We have enhanced our sanitation plans over and above our current standards, with particular attention paid to high-touch items in the rooms. We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting all public spaces, with a focus on the counter at the front desk, door handles, public bathrooms and lobby areas

• New Social Distancing Practices: We have implemented a few new policies to keep our kiddos safe and well, in addition to reduced class sizes to reflect what is allowed for our industry by guidelines at the time camps begin.

1. Drop off: To allow for social distancing in our lobby, drop off will be done outside the building and a teacher will be waiting outside to sign your child in.

2. Pick up: please wait outside (either in your car or along the side of the building) and a teacher will come out to call each child.

3. All students will receive sanitizing hand lotion when entering or exiting the building.

4. All students will be checked for fever upon entry with a non-contact Infrared Forehead Thermometer.

5. 6-Foot distance markers will be placed in seating areas as well as rehearsal areas to keep students a safe distance from one another as they participate.

6. All staff and students will wear masks.

7. Gloves and masks will be wore by staff when handling snacks. (All purchased snacks are pre-packaged)

8. We will be following recommended county, state and federal safety guidelines as applicable to our industry at the time our camps begin. (Including holding classes outside if required.)

FAQ’s

How are we adjusting our session to accommodate the safety guidelines?

As always safety is a high value for us, specially under these unique circumstances. Like so many other businesses, here at CRT we are sanitizing all areas regularly, wearing masks, and practicing social distancing when possible.

How will performances happen?

Future performances may look different than in the past with new safety guidelines in place, however, not impossible. There are several options we are currently looking into, including but not limited to: recording the performance for a DVD, or streaming the performance live (if allowed by licensing), or live performance with a limited attendance (If allowed by health guidelines) We will have final decisions made for this one month prior to performance dates.

If the session is cancelled, will I receive a refund?

Registrations are NON-REFUNDABLE as noted on the registration form, as much of the tuition payment goes towards materials and show licenses that must be paid before the session begins. However, credit is offered for future tuition or sessions.

Are you still accepting scholarship applications?

Yes. However, the amount of scholarships we can approve is based on how many paid registrations we receive. Applications are reviewed on a first come-first served basis and take about two weeks to be processed.
