Homecoming Bowl Game 11/8- Congratulations to the sophomore and senior team for winning the homecoming bowl game! Both teams had an amazing, competitive time! Great job to all the players who participated!

Interact Club- Care packages for homeless in SF- 11/23: Capuchino High School’s Interact Club prepared care packages for the homeless. Over 20 Interactors came to help prepare the care packages. They delivered it to the homeless in San Francisco. They made over 200 care packages. Amazing work everyone!

Lunch soccer tournament- This October, leadership put on the Capuchino 3x3 Champions League Soccer Tournament. It was a soccer tournament that took place on Capuchino’s outdoor basketball courts everyday at lunch for two weeks. During these two weeks, teams battled it out on the courts for the title of Capuchino 3x3 Soccer League champions. Barce FC (Jose A., Kevin E., Alexander Q., Eduardo M. and Jose A.) beat Los Capitos in the final game to acquire this title. “It’s been awhile since we’ve had something like this, but it was a big success” said Mr. Bywater. “We had 80+ people watching everyday. There was a lot of competitive play, too. I hope we can have events like this more often.”

Interact gift wrapping 11/26- Capuchino’s very own Interact Club held two different, free gift wrapping events. One event took place at Tanforan Mall’s Barnes and Noble book store, and the other took place at San Bruno’s Senior Center. Interact’s gift wrapping is an annual event that they host where they wrapping gifts and have a good time getting involved with the San Bruno community. Swing by next year to say hi and get your gifts wrapped!

Capuchino Band and Colorguard! Congratulations to our Band for winning 3rd place, our Drumline for winning 2nd place and lastly our Color Guard for winning 1st place. Overall winning 2nd place Band! These students were so excited and proud of each other that they got the chance to experience this moment and share these memories with each other. Congrats to our Capuchino Band for an amazing job!

Battle of the Strip Rally!! Our first Battle of the Strip Glow in the dark Night Rally took place on November 4th and it was fantastic!! The students were ecstatic as soon as the lights when out and the everything glowed in the dark. The hosts, the performances, and games were great thanks to the rally committee, the Varsity Football Team, and the Cheer Team

Homecoming rally 10/28- Capuchino's homecoming rally was a success with amazing performances from Jam Squad, Poly Club, and Cheer. Great job to our JV and Varsity football team for killing it out there against El Camino!

Capuchino's Site Specific Dance Show 10/6- Congratulations to the dance program for hosting an amazing dance show around Capuchino´s campus! Dances were choreographed and performed by Capuchino dance students.

Capuchinos first Oxfam Hunger Banquet- Capuchino held their first Oxfam Hunger Banquet in Capuchino's cafeteria on November 18th. It was a great eye-opening experience for those that attended. All proceeds went to Oxfam America, an organization that helps families overcome poverty, hunger, and injustice. Great job to everyone that helped out & thanks to everyone that attended!
