2020 Pro CHAMPIONS EDITION EASTERN SNOCROSS TOUR'S INAUGURAL SEASON

With the first of many seasons here at the Eastern SnoCross Tour wrapped up, lets take a look at this winters top finishers!

THE BATTLES STARTED RIGHT AT THE TOP IN THE PRO DIVISION. WITH LEO PATENAUDE & CORIN TODD REFUSING TO SHARE THE SPOILS OF THE TOP STEP OF THE PODIUM. THEY COMBINED FOR EVERY FINAL WIN IN THE DIVISION. It would be leo patenaude on his ingles performance ski doo winning the pro championship!

corin todd on his team southside polaris machine made great gains during the year. finishing second in the pro class is a big accomplishment with the late start he got in preparing for the season.

Behind them it was anyone's guess who would be there on any given day. With the likes of Dylan roes on his d&d racing polaris, michael george and adam levi with their green mountain racing ski doo, team southside polaris' wade acker, and jake dasilva's dasilva motorsports ski doo were all in the mix!

MICHAEL GEORGE GOT THE CALL AFTER MULTIPLE INJURIES ON THE GREEN MOUNTAIN RACING ROSTER DURING THE PRESEASON. HE HADN'T RACED ON THE SNOW IN A FEW SEASONS BUT THAT CALL PAID OFF AND EARNED MIKE AND THE TEAM A 3TH OVERALL.

DYLAN ROES HAD AN EXCELLENT REBOUND SEASON AFTER 2019 WAS PLAGUED WITH INJURIES. WITH SOME SOLID RESULTS AT THE NATIONALS AND A 4th OVERALL HERE. THAT'S QUITE A SHOWING FOR A CAREER ARCTIC CAT RIDER MAKING THE SWITCH TO POLARIS.

PRO ROOKIE OF THE YEAR HONOR GOes TO TEAM SOUTHSIDE POLARIS' WADE ACKER. COMING OFF A 2ND PLACE IN PRO LITE LAST WINTER HE MADE THE MOVE TO PRO. MULTIPLE TOP 5 FINISHES ALL SEASON LONG EARNED HIM the HONOR TO ROUND OUT THE TOP 5.

tHE PRO LITE CHAMPIONSHIP CAME RIGHT DOWN TO THE FINAL RACE OF THE SEASON WITH iNGLES pERFORMANCE skI DOO ROOKIE GAVIN fLEURY AND TEAM SOUTHSIDE POLARIS' DALTON JACQUIER SEPARATED BY JUST A COUPLE POINTS.

IT WOULD BE TEAM SOUTHSIDE POLARIS' JACQUIER WITH A NEAR PERFECT FINAL WEEKEND OF RACING IN BANGOR THAT WOULD TAKE THE CHAMPIONSHIP.

THE PRO LITE ROOKIE OF THE YEAR AND 2ND PLACE OVERALL WOULD THE #413 GAVIN FLEURY ON HIS INGLES PERFORMANCE SKI DOO. WITH THREE FINAL WINS THIS SEASON, THE FUTURE IS BRIGHT FOR HIM GOING INTO NEXT SEASON!

NICK EDWARDS ON HIS SHELDON RACING POLARIS WOULD FINISH A CAREER BEST 3RD OVERALL IN THE PRO LITE POINTS. NICK HAD ONE OF HIS MOST CONSISTENT SEASONS IN 2020 AND SEEMED TO SETTLE IN BETTER THAN IN THE PAST.

RYAN DUPONT ON HIS TEAM SOUTHSIDE POLARIS #8X ALSO HAD A CAREER BEST FINISH IN THE PRO LITE CLASS FINISHING 4TH OVERALL. THIS COMBINED WITH A COUPLE OF PODIUM FINISHES THROUGHOUT THE SEASON SHOWED THAT HE DOES HAVE THE SPEED TO COMPETE WITH THE BEST OF THEM.

CAPPING OFF THE TOP 5 IN PRO LITE IS TREVOR PARENT ON HIS SKI DOO. TREVOR HAD A PODIUM EARLY IN THE SEASON, BUT IT WAS HIS CONSISTent TOP 5 FINISHES AND STRONG QUALIFYING THAT ENSURED HE FINISHED 5TH.

JANELL BROWN, YOUR 2020 WOMENS CHAMPION! COMPETING IN HER FIRST FULL SEASON IN A FEW YEARS SHOWED THAT SHE IS IN THE BEST SHAPE OF HER LIFE. WITH MULTIPLE FINAL WINS, A STRONG SHOWING AT THE SALAMANCA NATIONAL AND SUPPORT FROM GREEN MOUNTAIN RACING SKI DOO THE SKY IS THE LIMIT!

ROUNDING OUT YOUR 2020 PRO CHAMPIONS IS THE AGELESS SENSATION OF JASON BORON ON HIS INGLES PERFORMANCE SKI DOO. JASON IS THE PRO-AM CHAMPION WINNING ALL BUT ONE FINAL THIS SEASON!

stay tuned for the next update which will introduce our amateur champions and then one more with the youth champions!
