Indus River valley

It was located in northwest India the Ancient civilization it was located on the fertile flood plain of the Indus River It was the main source of water for both civilizations.

Ganges Basin

Ganges basin was located in Northern India. The River is personified by a goddess. Ganga was used for ritual bathing. It was also a Important part of Hindu pilgrimage.it was important for rituals and people today who want to know more about their rituals.

Harappa

Harappa was located Along the Indus River. It flourished in the basins of the Indus River and was in the age of bronze. It provided a home in ancient times and it helped people today by Providing proof of the Indus civilization as it was in its prime.

It is located in Thanjavur (Tanjore) at Tamilnadu in India. It is a temple of lord shiva and is the oldest most famous temple in India. There Girls had to sing and dance to entertain the god shiva and also priests would go every where to find these girls. It was important because they worshiped a god there.

Sanchi stupa

The sanchi stupa is located 46km northeast of bhopal. The sanchi stupa is a temple for Buddhists it was made for lord Buddha . It is important because the emperor made this too res tribute the mortal remains of Buddha. It is important because it was a place where people learned about Buddhism. It also helped today as why people were Buddhist and how they lived there lives.
