Church Tour U.K based Checklist and FAQ

How many persons from the Team should we be expecting?

This is very much based on your requirement, we have a minimum of 6 maximum 8 persons from the musicians, worship leaders and singers team, with a possibility of 2 assistants.

We will confirm the final attending team members for your preparation by your in-house team.

Will the Church be responsible for promotion?

With regards to promoting the event, we will design and share e-flyers and tag social posts of the event.

What happens if I wish to make this a ticketed event?

If you wish to use this opportunity to host a ticketed or fund raising event, we will advise you on the set contribution to the band.

How are gifts handled?

Once your date has been confirmed, bank details will be provided for easy transfer. An invoice/receipt can be provided for your accounts records.

​How is the transport expensed?

As you can appreciate, these expenses will be required before the event so the necessary arrangements can be secured. You will be advised on the travel expenses and bank details will be provided. An invoice/reciept can also be provided.

Who will be in charge of the order of service?

We have found that this is best carried out by the church. ​

Checklist

Areas for Church in-house team.
  • To allow access to the venue to set up prior to the start of the event.
  • To supply contact details for your in-house Sound Production Team covering your in-house sound, backline and engineering.
  • To schedule assigned soundcheck time for Band & Singers.
  • To have a dedicated space for the team to pray and relax below and after the services.
  • To assign an area suitable for CD merchandise sales.
  • To arrange general hospitality, food and drink and stage bottle water to Team/Ministers.
  • To coordinate a suitable number of ushers (in line with church security, health & safety).
  • To confirm parking arrangements.
