Elements of Art by Edmond Li

Lines never exist

Yet they are all around us

In all directions

Shapes are enclosed space

They can be geometric

also organic

A form is 3-D

They are illusion of shapes

They are hard to draw

Value is shading

It makes art realistic

It helps create form

Colors shows feelings

Red is angry and fast-paced

Blue is sad and calm

You feel with your eyes

as your fingers are touching

That bear looks fluffy

Space is positive

They are also negative

2-D and 3-D
