How Low Can They Go

Despite finishing fourth at the Montgomery Cup on Saturday and Sunday, the Green Terror established a record for low 36-hole team score. The Green Terror combined to post a score of 288 on Saturday and 289 on Sunday, combining for a score of 577. The total is 11 strokes better than the squad shot at any point last year.

Under Par Times Two

Collin MacDonald posted back-to-back sub-par rounds on Sunday and Monday last week. He closed out the Montgomery Cup with a two-under par round of 70 on Monday before posting a one-under par 71 to win the Weyhill Classic on Monday. For MacDonald, Monday marked his first collegiate tournament win.

By The Numbers

Six McDaniel players have posted rounds of par or better this season. Collin MacDonald and Shawn MacBurnie both have two such rounds over their first six rounds of the year. Christian Garruppo, Kevin Keane, Ryan McGarry and Ryan Sember also all have posted rounds of par or better.
