How I Escaped a Video Game Zachary H.

HOW I ESCAPED A VIDEO GAME

The fire came toward me. I was down to my last life. But if I moved, I would run into the fire. It came closer and closer. Now it was less than an inch away from me. I could literally feel the heat… touching me. Suddenly… but maybe I should start at the beginning…

It was a winter day. I got this new game. I loaded it up. It was where you can't stop running. That night I was sleeping when I felt a tug. I woke up. A small portal was doing it. Suddenly it grew to gigantic size. I was sucked into the portal. The next thing I knew, I was running when I didn’t want to.

I saw something ahead of me. It was a brown midget. I jumped and landed on the flagpole later and I completed the level. I escaped after going through the level.

I just escaped the level. The rest of the game was still waiting for me. I wanted to escape. I was touched by a brown midget and I died and I respawned.

After I respawned, I went to escape. I ran from low to high, so like underground to the clouds. Neither the brown midgets or the fanged creature with claws could stop me. Well, a turtle touched me and I died again and I respawned. I ran through lots of levels and got to the castle. In the castle there was creature shooting fire at me.

Suddenly… I realized that even though I would run into it, I would just be on fire. I was myself, not some video game character. I have water bottles with me. I would set myself on fire if it meant escaping. So I ran into the fire and took the risk. I ran past the fanged creature with claws. I threw the axe into the bridge to kill the creature. I ran through the door and took out the water bottles and put out the fire that was on me. I dried off so that it looked like nothing happened. Then I was sucked back into my own room. The end.Suddenly… I realized that even though I would run into it, I would just be on fire. I was myself, not some video game character. I have water bottles with me.
