We are enjoying a wonderful term four at Chapel Downs with our students enjoying a range of wonderful experiences to help make up for a disrupted year. In the last month I have enjoyed seeing a large number of excited students, staff and parents engage in a variety of Education Outside the Classroom activities . Our house captains enjoyed an excellent learning experience at the National Young Leaders Day, while students throughout the school enjoyed the month long visit from the Life Education truck as part of our school wide health education programme.

Our Year Y0-Y4 student have loved participating in a series of cricket sessions. A huge thanks to Auckland Cricket for providing our students with this amazing opportunity.

A massive thanks to everyone who supported our senior athletic event at the end of last month.

Non Returning Students 2021

To assist us with planning, we would greatly appreciate knowing of any students who will not be returning to Chapel Downs School in 2021. Maybe you are moving out of the area. We ask as the number of students on our roll and at each level, directly affects staffing and class composition. If your child/ren is/are not returning, and you have not already advised us, please email office@chapeldowns.school.nz as soon as possible.

Term 4 - Parent/Student/Teacher Interviews

The team is looking forward to reporting to you on students’ progress against their learning goals. Parent / Student / Teacher interviews will be held this week on – Thursday 26th November from 2pm

If you have not yet booked a time please phone the office on (09) 274 8002 or completed an interview form click on the link below to download the booking form.
